We design and cut each foam organizer in our Grand Rapids, Michigan, manufacturing facility to optimize for high density, easy access, and secure fit.

We use USA-made, closed-cell polyethylene foam that won’t absorb liquids. It has two bonded layers, with a slightly denser black surface layer for cleaner cutouts and better tear resistance. The red layer beneath creates a shadow board effect, so missing tools are easy to spot at a glance.
