In most cases, we don't need a receipt, just an image of your broken tool, and we don't need you to return the product to us.

Yes, we support our products regardless of where or when you bought them. However, if you are only returning a tool you no longer want, you should return it to the retailer you bought it from.

Orders and Shipping
It typically takes 1 to 3 days for an order to arrive from the time you place it on Tekton.com. West coast shipments may take a little longer, often 4 to 5 days. You'll always receive a tracking number from us after we ship your order, which typically happens the same day you place it.

We ship only to the United States and Canada. We provide limited warranty support outside of these countries.
