This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect at and through the Site. The Site contains links to third-party sites that we do not own, operate, or control, such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites, and we encourage you to read the privacy statements of such third-party sites prior to using them.
We do not sell your personal information.
2. The Information We Collect
Tekton collects personal information about you from the following categories of sources:
- Information you give us: You may give us your personal information to access features or areas of the Site, such as registering for an online account, placing orders, requesting support, or signing up for email newsletters. You are not required to create an account or submit your personal information to us to browse the Site.
- Automatic information: When you visit the Site, our servers log your IP address. We may also send one or more “cookies” to your device that allows us to collect and store information about your interactions with the Site. Additionally, we may use “pixel tags,” which are small graphic files that allow us to monitor the use of the Site.
- Information from other sources: We use third-party validation services to confirm that the address information you give us is accurate. We also rely on third-parties to detect and prevent fraud.

Examples of information from third-party sources:
- Updated delivery and address information, geographic location, ISP information, IP address, and other details from a third-party fraud monitoring service to help us detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
3. How We Use and Share Your Information
Tekton uses the information it collects to process transactions and fulfill orders, process payments, manage your account, communicate with you, provide customer service and support, improve our offerings, get feedback, personalize your experience, comply with legal obligations, send you marketing and promotional messages, detect and prevent fraud and other security threats, and more.
We may also use third-party service providers to help host and administer the Site, send emails, provide marketing and advertising services for us, assist with fraud prevention, and process payments. We may share personal information with certain third parties if we have a good-faith belief that such access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is legally required or necessary to protect against harm to our rights, property, or the safety of our users, customers, or the public, and to the extent as required or permitted by law.
If the ownership of our business changes or we transfer assets relating to our business to a third party, such as by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy proceeding, or otherwise, we may need to transfer or sell your personal information to the new owner. In such a case, your information will remain subject to the promises made in the applicable Privacy Policy unless you expressly agree otherwise.

5. Security of Your Information
To help secure your personal information, access to your personal information on the Site is password protected, and sensitive data (such as your credit card number) is protected by encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and the Site. Tekton works with an industry-leading payment infrastructure company that uses best-in-class security practices to maintain PCI compliance, process all credit card transactions, and store credit card information (when requested). We use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please also note that emails and other communications you send to us through the Site are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means.
6. Privacy Notice for California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended, gives California residents more control over the personal information we collect about them.
You may request that we disclose to you: (1) the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, (2) the categories of sources for that personal information, (3) the purposes for which we use that information, (4) the categories of third parties with whom we disclose the information, and (5) the categories of information that we sell or disclose to third parties. In responding to a request, we will provide you with the requested information for the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. You can make this request free of charge up to twice a year.
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you and that we tell our service providers to do the same.
You may request that we correct inaccurate information that we have about you.
There may be reasons, however, that we cannot fully or immediately comply with your request. For example, we may not be able to disclose certain sensitive personal information to you (though we may tell you if it was collected), or we may need to keep some personal information to complete a transaction for you, to comply with legal process or a legal obligation such as a warranty, to detect and prevent fraud, or to protect against harm to our rights, property, or the safety of our users, customers, or the public.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond to your request within 45 calendar days. Our response may inform you that we will need up to an additional 45 calendar days from your initial request (90 calendar days total from your initial request) to address the items in your request.
We may need to verify that the person making the request is the consumer about whom we have personal information or the authorized agent of that consumer. If we ask you for additional information to verify your identity, any such information you provide will be used only for this verification purpose.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. Please note, however, that we may not be able to complete a transaction for you without collecting or keeping certain personal information. In addition, we may from time to time offer you promotions, discounts, and other deals in exchange for collecting or keeping your personal information, and we may not be able to provide you with these special deals without your personal information.
We do not sell, share, or use your personal information for purposes other than those which are expressly permitted under the CCPA. Under most circumstances, publicly available information is exempt from the CCPA.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without providing you with notice.
