These compact scissors have stainless steel blades that are 1.7 inches long and hardened to 58 - 60 HRC. One blade has micro-serrations that bite into material to prevent slipping. The thick oval handles are symmetrical to work in either hand. The scissors come with a glass-reinforced nylon sheath to cover the blades when not in use.
