8 Inch Shop Scissors
8 Inch Shop Scissors
Details
Video Overview
These shop scissors have thick stainless steel blades that are 2.5 inches long and hardened to 50 - 54 HRC, so they won't flex when you're cutting through tough material. The symmetrical handles work in either hand, and the wide lower loop fits four fingers for more leverage.
Blade Features

Stainless Steel Blades with Smooth Edges
The blades are made from SUS 420J2 stainless steel to resist corrosion and are hardened to 50 - 54 HRC for a lasting edge that can be resharpened. Smooth edges cut cleanly, without leaving impressions in the material the way serrations do.
Thick, Rigid Blades with Adjustable Tension
The 2.5 inch blades are thick and short enough to stay rigid during tough cuts. The 3/8 inch stainless steel locknut at the joint can be tightened to set the blade tension or removed to separate the blades for cleaning and sharpening.

Handle Features

Ambidextrous Handles with Four-Finger Loop
The handle shape is the same on both sides, so the scissors work equally well in either hand. The lower handle fits four fingers for a secure grip and more leverage.
Overmolded TPE Handles
The blade shanks extend deep into the handles and the TPE is molded directly around them, creating a bond that won't pull apart.
