90-Tooth Ratchet


The 90-tooth gear offers a 4° swing arc between clicks, which equates to 1.09 inches of travel at the center of the handle.


One Click = 4° Swing Arc (1.09 in. Handle Travel)

The single half-moon pawl maintains 10 teeth engaged with the gear at all times, so it won't skip under stress.

10-Degree Flex Head


The flex head offers the clearance to work around nearby obstructions. Some accuracy is lost when the handle is not in the straight position, so this feature should only be used when needed.

This torque wrench is calibrated to the ISO standard. The ASME standard is more commonly used, but the ISO requirements are stricter in a few key ways:

  • ISO requires the lowest marked value on the scale to be tested. ASME starts testing at 20% of the range, which is often higher than the lowest marked value.
  • ISO requires clockwise and counterclockwise tests to match, whereas ASME allows counterclockwise to be less precise.
  • ISO requires 5 readings for each set point, whereas ASME only requires 3 readings for each.

Serialized Certificate of Calibration


Every torque wrench includes its own calibration certificate, matched to the serial number on the handle. Five measurements are recorded at each of the three set points (20, 60, and 100 ft-lb) and the results are printed on the certificate.

Large Conversion Scale


When a torque spec calls for Nm, you can flip the wrench over and use the conversion chart on the back. The chart is laser-marked as large as possible. The conversion factor is also labeled above the chart if you'd rather do the math.

Full-Feature Case


The case provides safe transport for the torque wrench and protects it from drops. The case is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and the latches are polypropylene (PP). Each item in the case has its own place and is held securely.
