The handle's large, contoured shape is designed to fit your hand and make it comfortable to spin the tool and apply torque from various positions.

Precise Tip Geometry

The star-shaped ends have 6-lobes that are machined to precise tolerances for an exact, high-torque fit with Torx® fasteners that resists camming out. The tips are slightly chamfered to help the keys slide easily into fasteners and reduce wear.

Molded Handle and Steel Key

Our T-handle keys are made the same way as our L-keys with the addition of a molded handle that makes applying torque easier and more comfortable.

Corrosion-Resistant Finish

We coat all of our keys with a durable manganese phosphate finish that’s resistant to corrosion.

To test the finish of our keys, we wipe them with isopropyl alcohol to remove oil, then submerge them in a 1% saltwater solution for 45 hours. The keys are then rinsed with tap water and air dried.

Clear Markings

With the exception of the smallest sizes, Tekton T-handle sizes are marked in three ways—a high-visibility laser marking, a stamped marking, and a painted inset marking that can't wear off.
