Two Measures of Tolerance Control

We measure our hex key tolerances in two ways, from point-to-point and side-to-side, to ensure the highest standards of dimensional accuracy and consistency.

Materials and Finishes

Made From 6150 Steel

We make our keys with 6150 chromium vanadium steel that's heat-treated to 44-50 HRC to produce tools that are hard, but not brittle.

Corrosion-Resistant Finish

We coat all of our keys with a durable manganese phosphate finish that’s resistant to corrosion.

Quick-Access L-Key Slots

The keys rest in slots, making it easy to take the tools in and out without resistance.
