Use a Knife to Cut Out Spaces for Tools

Guide marks etched into the foam help you cut the 15 mm thick molded foam layers. Foam studs attach the six layers to each other. Use hot glue or cyanoacrylate (CA) glue to keep them together permanently.
The lid insert stays securely in the stacking tool box lid

Keep Small Parts Secure

The lid insert prevents foam contents from falling out when transporting the box.
