Video Overview


Tekton foam organizers are CNC-cut in Michigan for a precise fit with Tekton tools. We use two layers of USA-made cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) foam that are heat-laminated together. The bottom red layer creates a shadow board effect to identify missing tools. Each organizer is available separately or with tools included.

Shadow Board Effect for Inventory Control


When tools are removed, the red bottom layer of foam shows through the black layer and creates a shadow board effect, making it easy to spot missing tools at a glance.

Keep Tool Drawers Organized


Foam organizers give each tool a designated place and hold it securely, so tool drawers stay organized and nothing shifts or rattles when you open and close the drawer.

The black layer of foam is 0.25 in. and the red layer is 1.25 in., for a total height of 1.50 in.

Foam Material and Construction


We use USA-made, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) foam, a closed-cell material that won’t absorb liquids. Each organizer has two layers that are permanently heat-laminated together, with densities that are selected to produce clean, tear-resistant cutouts and a secure fit for each tool.

Laser-Marked Surface


Tool names and/or size numbers are permanently laser-marked into the black surface layer of the foam. The item number of the foam component is marked in the corner as well.

We design and CNC-cut each foam organizer in our Grand Rapids, Michigan, manufacturing facility to optimize for high tool density, easy access, and secure fit of Tekton tools.
