We design and cut each foam organizer in our Grand Rapids, Michigan, manufacturing facility to optimize for high density, easy access, and secure fit.
Laser-Marked Foam
Foam Materials and Construction
Each foam organizer is made in the USA of closed-cell polyethylene foam that doesn’t absorb liquids. Its two layers are permanently bonded together with a heat lamination process. The contrast between the black top layer and red bottom layer makes any missing tools immediately visible.
