The triple square (also called XZN) tip is machined to precise tolerances for an exact fit with triple square fasteners.

90º Geometry

The internal star shape is formed by 3 squares superimposed, each with a 30º offset. The points are shaped to an internal angle of 90º, different from double-hex geometries.
