Ratchet Lubrication

A small tube of Super Lube® Grease is included in every ratchet service kit. This patented, heavy-duty NLGI Grade 2 synthetic grease provides long-lasting protection against wear and corrosion. We recommend relubricating your Tekton bit ratchet with Super Lube Grease once a year.

To Use the Lubricant:

Apply a dab of grease between the pawl and the switch pin
Use a very small amount—too much grease can degrade the bit ratchet's performance
Avoid applying grease on the gear and pawl teeth
