Hardened Steel with Precise Tip Geometry


The bits are made of S2 tool steel and are through-hardened to 58 - 61 HRC. Tight tolerances on the tip geometry keep the bit seated in the screw, reducing slip and wear.

Stamped Markings and Satin Finish


The tip size is permanently stamped onto every bit in large, clear type. A zinc-phosphate coating adds a satin finish that resists corrosion.

Free-Standing Bit Rails


The flexible rails securely grip the bits so they can’t fall out, while also making it easy to remove any bit one-handed. The rails can also stand upright on a surface.

Compatible with 1/4 Inch Hex Bits

Our bit ratchet uses a C-shaped metal retaining clip to provide a friction fit to grip the bit. Compatible with the most common retention groove types.

The single half-moon pawl maintains 12 teeth engaged with the gear at all times, ensuring that it won't slip or skip under stress.

Foam Organization

Material and Construction


We use USA-made, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) foam, a closed-cell material that won't absorb liquids. Each organizer has two layers that are permanently heat-laminated together, with densities that are selected to produce clean, tear-resistant cutouts and a secure fit for each tool.
