Torque Wrench Lubrication

A small tube of Super Lube® grease is included in every torque wrench service kit. This patented, heavy-duty NLGI Grade 2 synthetic grease provides long-lasting protection against friction, wear, rust, and corrosion. We recommend relubricating your Tekton torque wrench with Super Lube grease once a year.

To Use the Lubricant:

• Apply a dab of grease inside the switch ball spring hole and another dab between the ball and the switch pin
• Use a very small amount—too much grease can degrade the torque wrench's performance
• Avoid applying grease on the gear and pawl teeth
