Once a tool becomes yours, we're available to help you no matter where you got it or how long ago. If your tool doesn't work like it should, let us know and we'll make it right.

Shipment of replacement parts is always on us and available within the United States and Canada.

Yes, we support all Tekton tools regardless of where or when you bought them. We don't need a receipt in most cases, just an image of your tool.
