Prototype Release Feedback Program

Service Wrenches - April 19, 2023
As a part of the Tekton Prototype Release Feedback Program for Service Wrenches, Tekton will award $100 or $500 in Tekton.com Rewards to qualifying participants, subject to the following terms.
  1. Product Availability
    1. Starting on April 19, 2023, a limited number of Prototype Service Wrench sets will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    2. The products are only purchasable while supplies last, limit one set per household.
  2. Participant Eligibility
    1. In order to be considered an eligible participant of the Tekton Prototype Release Program for Service Wrenches, an individual must purchase and receive one of the Prototype Service Wrench Sets from Tekton.com.
    2. Tekton reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If Tekton denies your order, you will not be considered an eligible participant.
  3. Receiving Rewards
    1. To receive the Rewards for submitting feedback, Tekton expects that participants will use the Service Wrenches for the intended applications, and complete a feedback form with meaningful comments within the specified time frame.
    2. A digital feedback form will be delivered via email to eligible participants approximately 4 weeks after purchase of a Prototype Service Wrench Set.
    3. Participants will have 2 weeks to complete and submit the feedback form after receiving it. Participants submitting feedback after the deadline may be disqualified from receiving Rewards.
    4. For submitted feedback forms that we deem to be filled out in good faith, we will award $100 in Rewards to spend on Tekton.com. Tekton reserves the right to disqualify any participants from receiving Rewards for any reason, including submitting an incomplete feedback form.
    5. After all feedback forms have been received, Tekton by its sole discretion will identify the three most helpful feedback forms and award those individuals an additional $400 in Rewards to spend on Tekton.com. 
    6. To receive the Rewards, a participant must have or create a new Tekton.com account. All existing Rewards Program terms apply.
  4. No Returns
    1. Prototype Service Wrenches are not eligible to be returned.
    2. If a Prototype Service Wrench breaks when it shouldn’t, please reach out to our Support Team at www.tekton.com/support.
