Description

Top Lid

  • Top lid opens to a full 90-degrees
  • Secured to the pan with a full-width 20 gauge stainless steel hinge

Handle & Lock

  • Use the recessed handle to lift open the top lid
  • The lid has a keyed lock that can be secured independently of the drawers
  • Two keys are included
    (All Tekton tool cart locks share the same key pattern)

Gas Struts

Two gas cylinder struts support the lid, allowing it to open and close smoothly and quietly.

Top Pan

Fill the top storage pan all the way to the brim (3.2 inches) with your most-used tools, and close the lid without any obstructions.

Side Handles & Corners

  • Two sides of the cart have an integrated 16 gauge steel handle
  • The polypropylene corner protectors prevent damage in the event that the cart rolls into another object

Pan Liner

  • Includes a nonslip liner that is precut to an exact fit
  • 1/16-inch thick PVC liner is reinforced with polyester fabric

Side Panels

  • Solid 16 gauge steel side panels come standard on carts with drawers
  • Pegboard sides are also available as an upgrade
    Peg holes are a combination of circular (1/4 in. diameter) and rectangular (1/8 in. x 5/16 in.) cutouts spaced 1 inch apart on center.

Full Extension

Each drawer extends all the way open, allowing access to the very back with no wasted space.

Full Clearance

Fill the drawers all the way to the brim (3 inches) without any obstructions.

Drawer Liner

  • Includes a nonslip liner that is precut to an exact fit
  • 1/16-inch thick PVC liner is reinforced with polyester fabric

Handle & Keyed Latch

  • Sturdy aluminum handle has an angled face for displaying labels
  • High-visibility orange latch opens the drawer
  • Each drawer includes two keys and can be locked independently

Ball Bearing Slides

  • Hardened steel ball-bearings ensure smooth rolling
  • Polyurethane dampers soften the opening and closing action
  • Strong slide rails made from 16 gauge zinc-plated steel

Leg Posts

Each leg consists of two L-⁠shaped 18 gauge steel pieces that interlock to form square posts, creating a strong and stable frame.

Bottom Pan

Keep fluid containers and other bulky items handy by storing them in the cart's sturdy bottom pan.
