Each crowfoot wrench has a permanent high-contrast size marking engraved on the top surface, and an item number on the bottom surface.

Every crowfoot wrench is made entirely within the USA using Tekton's proprietary LaserMill™ process.

The rough shape of the wrench is laser cut from a solid sheet of 4140 Chromium-Molybdenum steel.

The wrench jaws and outer surfaces are machined to a precise tolerance. The square drive is broached and the detents are drilled.

The wrench is heat treated to produce a tough part with a hardness of HRC 44-46.

The wrenches are polished and then plated using a combination of duplex nickel and microporous chrome for a smooth, rust-proof finish.
